taxpayer goes up in flames in Worcester

A 2nd alarm was transmitted shortly after companies arrived and found heavy fire in the basement of this 1 and 2 story taxpayer on Main St. Companies initiated an interior attack but had to evacuate the building as conditions deteriorated rapidly, forcing them to go to exterior operations. It took over 3 hours to bring the blaze under control. |
