Providence Citywide Fire Network continues to provide area Fire Buffs with the premier fire ground notifications in New England. Through our extensive radio network and our new Electronic Notification System (ENS) you no longer have to be out of touch with what is happening in the public safety sector.

Our dispatchers will keep you informed of what is happening, as it happens. Whether it involves Fire, Police or EMS.

With ENS you can choose to receive incidents as they happen either via e-mail to an e-mail enabled device, or we can supply you with a pager. We offer competitive rates for this service with a twist. When you become a member of PCFN you become part owner of the system. All the funds collected by the service are returned to the club to help us expand our systems. Unlike the other systems, no one involved in our system receives a paycheck!

We also offer many FDNY and other New York area groups through our affiliation with Metro Notification System of New York.

Cost for our ENS service breaks down as follows.

Membership in PCFN is $50 per year for a full membership or $25 per year for an associate membership. (Associate members do not receive radio or voting rights). All members do get access to our member’s only section of our website, which includes access to our online scanners. As a member you will be able to post any incident related photos/stories on the PCFN website.

To receive ENS to an e-mail address costs $4 a month or $40 per year. That breaks down to $7.50 a month, including a full membership or $5.42 a month, including an associate membership.

PCFN offers pagers to it’s members. Pagers are $50 to purchase. We use refurbished Motorola Advisor Elite pagers. ENS Paging service is $8 a month or $80 a year. We offer pager insurance* for $1.50 a month or $15 a year. That breaks down to $12.08 a month, including a full membership or $10 a month, including an associate membership.
